Beginner Soccer Training
- Boys & Girls

Beginner/Recreational Soccer Training
- Ages 5-16
- 11 - 12 Sessions
- 12 athletes max per session
A program designed to teach the fundamentals of playing soccer – ball control, dribbling, footwork, scoring and more. Players are divided into groups according to skill level.

- 12 Weeks
- 12 athletes max per session
- 1.5 Hour Classes
Description: High intensity, Strength and Conditioning, Plyometrics, Individual skills training done in a small group session. Ball control, speed + agility, footwork, dribbling, strength + power, body position, aggressiveness, shooting, 1V1 skills and improved stamina.
Skill Level: Currently Playing House League or Rep Soccer Players wanting to get to the next level.
